This prototype uses extracted Danfoss catalog hose specifications and qualified fitting-family notes. It does not replace P21 item validation, customer specs, or shop approval.
Start HereSelect a page, or visit the "Help" page for a guide.
Use Find Hose to search by Danfoss hose series, SAE certification, hose size, minimum working pressure, operating temperature range, and vacuum service. Results are ranked by usage when ranking data is available.
Review the description, qualified fitting families, working pressure, vacuum service, temperature, available sizes, warnings, and reference image.
Use Add to Fitting Lookup to carry the selected hose series and size into the fitting filters.
Select Fitting 1 and Fitting 2, confirm both compatibility indicators are green, then send the selection to Assembly Builder.
Workflow step 2
Assembly Builder
Enter or transfer the Danfoss hose series, hose size, length, End 1 fitting, End 2 fitting, quantity, clocking, sleeve, and user notes. The summary updates as the assembly is completed.
Use Same as End 1 fitting when both ends use the same fitting.
Length accepts inches by default and also reads entries such as 4 ft or 2 ft 6 in.
Select Cut Length? only when the entered value is already the hose cut length. The fitting D lengths are then added to calculate the finished assembly length and nomenclature.
Review the generated Hydraquip assembly item, D lengths, cut length, pressure, vacuum service, and fitting images before adding the line to the queue.
Workflow step 3
Queue & Export
Review every completed assembly in the queue before creating a workbook. Use Edit to revise a line, Duplicate for a similar assembly, or Remove to delete one line.
Standard Excel Export creates the general assembly queue report.
P21-Ready Export fills a new copy of Ben's Hose Automation Workbook and downloads it as P21_Ready_Export.xlsx.
Add to Existing P21-Ready Export appends queued assemblies only to blank Staging Fill rows while preserving existing rows, formulas, manual additional parts, reference tables, and formatting.
Only append to a workbook that has not been uploaded into P21. After upload, create a separate addendum export for forgotten assemblies.
Open the generated workbook in desktop Excel, allow formulas to recalculate, complete any manual Additional Part fields, review Components, and save before uploading into P21.
Reference guide
Search Tools & References
Find Fittings filters by Danfoss fitting part number, compatible hose series, hose size, end size, angle, and End Type.
Fitting dropdowns narrow as filters are applied so unavailable combinations are removed from view.
The Danfoss Hose Fitting Numbering System button opens the focused fitting-code reference PDF.
Catalog and PowerSource links provide source references when they are loaded for the selected item.
Reset filters clears one page. Clear all app filters clears the search and builder state after confirmation.
Assembly options
Requests, Lengths & Warnings
Select zero, one, or two quick disconnects. Pressure testing requested and Tagging requested also carry into the queue and exports.
The selected sleeve carries into the P21 workbook. Ben's workbook retains manual Additional Part fields for anything else.
Phosphate ester hoses and stainless steel fittings display customer-review warnings whenever those selections are active.
Quantity must be a whole number of 1 or greater.
Images are reference aids and may not exactly represent the selected part.
Before release
Important Checks
This tool narrows Danfoss hose and fitting options using loaded catalog data. It does not replace customer requirements, P21 item validation, or shop approval.
Confirm fluid compatibility, working pressure, temperature, routing, bend concerns, quantity, and all requested value-add parts.
Confirm fitting compatibility and D dimensions for the exact hose size before release.
Use queue images and generated notes as review aids, not final build authorization.
Review the completed Excel workbook before uploading it into P21.
